mountain views. Khangchendzonga (8435m.), the third
highest mountain in the world lies in the small state

Itinerary |
Day 01: Fly Kathmandu to Biratnagar.
Drive to Pelling (approx 5 -6 hrs). O/nt at Htl.
Day 02: Visit Pemayangtse Monastery and proceed for
Khechelopari Lake & Yuksom. Visit Tashiding Monastery
and drive back to Pemayangtse. O/nt at Htl.
Day 03: Drive Pemayangtse to Gangtok via Temi Tea Gardens
(123 Km-5 hrs).
Day 04: In Gangtok, visit The Rumtek Monastery, Tibetology
and Dodrul Chorten. O/nt at Htl.
Day 05: Full day excursion of Phodong & Labrang
Monastery. O/nt at Htl in Gangtok.
Day 06: Return drive to Biratnaga; fly back to Kathmandu. |
