Ayurveda at Amangalla |
Ayurveda is an ancient system of health
care originated by the sages of India who learned how
to prevent diseases and maintain good health. Combining
this with other medical practices, Sri Lanka developed
its own Ayurvedic system over 3,000 years ago. Until today,
modern-day medicine is still learning from this sophisticated
body of medical knowledge.
From 1 September 2007, enjoy the Ayurvedic experience
at Amangalla. With facilities and service reflecting the
period charm of a bygone era, Ayurveda at Amangalla will
revitalise and balance your energies, setting the course
for a healthier future.
