EXCURSION TO LAKE Lhamo LatsoDay 1: LHASA-CHOKORGYALDrive via Tsedang & Gyatsa to Chokorgyal, the gateway to Lhamo La-tso. Over-night stay in a comfortable Guest House. Day 2: CHOKORGYAL-LHAMO LATSO We walk for approximately 3 hours to the pass overlooking the Lhamo Latso lake. The pass is known as `Shugtri' (throne) for the Dalai Lamas and from here pilgrims observe visions in the lake below. Over-night stay in a tent. Day 3: LHAMO LATSO-CHOKORGYAL-TSEDANG It is approximately 3 hours walk back to Chokorgyal & from here we drive to Tsedang. Over-night stay in a Hotel.
