Holiday Enlightenment

1. day: †Arrive at Kathmandu airport. Transfer to hotel.
Optional early evening walk to Swayambhu for panoramic view of Kathmandu valley.
2. day: †sightseeing tour of Kathmandu and Patan. (Pashupati; 2.Patan Durbar Square and museum, lunch in the Museum Restaurant; Kathmandu Durbar Square; Swaymbhu, Boudhanath.
3. day: †After lunch depart for Kopan Monastery for start of 10-day meditation course.
10 Days Meditation Course Itinerary:
6.00am morning tea in the dining room, 6.30am morning meditation, 7.30 am breakfast, 9.00am teachings, 11.30am lunch,
2.00pm Discussion groups, 3.00pm break for 1/2 hour, 3.30pm teaching, 5.00pm tea, 6.00pm guided meditation, 7.00pm dinner, 8.00pm guided meditation question/answer or some time videos.
13. day: Pick up at end of the course and return to the hotel.
14. day: Free day
15. day: Sightseeing Bhaktapur and Changu Narayan.
16. day: Transfer to airport.
